Before you book any band, ask who exactly will play on your date, what is included (sound, lighting, a DJ), how the setlist is chosen, what they need from the venue, and what the contract and deposit cover. A good band answers all of these plainly and in writing.

- What do you need from the venue: space, power, access and set-up time?
- Do you travel to our venue, and is travel included?
